Media availability session on Friday, May 4 at 11 a.m.

The Guam Environmental Protection Agency (Guam EPA) will host a media availability session with representatives of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Region 9 office at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 4, 2007 at the Guam EPA administration building, located at 17-3304 Mariner Avenue in Tiyan, across from the former Department of Revenue and Taxation building.

Participating in the media availability session will be John McCarroll, manager of the Region 9 Pacific Islands Office, Michael Wolfram, U.S. EPA's Guam Program Manager; and Guam EPA Administrator Lorilee T. Crisostomo.

Representatives from U.S. EPA have been on Guam for the week to conduct a semi-annual review of Guam EPA's progress on work plan objectives under the Agency's federal grants. Additionally, U.S. EPA officials participated in the Guam Environmental Forum with representatives from Guam EPA, the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Air Force to continue working on coordinating issues.
