The Air and Land Programs Division is comprised of four (4) separate Programs created by law and responsible for the implementation of specific local and federal statutes and regulations. Each Program is responsible for rulemaking, permitting, inspections, compliance monitoring, and enforcement for their specified area.

The four Programs of the Air & Land Division are:

• Air Pollution Control
• Solid Waste Management
• Hazardous Waste Management
• Pesticides Enforcement
